IPAD has created three short video presentations that

IPAD has also created a short video presentation that
discusses the 2007 legislative changes to the Data Practices Act, the Open
Meeting Law, and the Health Records Act.

New Poll Results - Employee web monitoring |

The results of our most recent membership survey suggest that we are evenly split on the idea of monitoring employee use of the web. With 30 respondents, we received a 50/50 split between those who do monitor where their employees go and those who choose not to.
