Welcome to MNCITLA

MNCITLA was formed in 2005 to support Minnesota county information technology leaders through enhanced communication efforts between counties and with state departments and other public sector organizations.

Our goals are to present a unified point of contact with the State of Minnesota and other public sector organizations for information technology related issues and disseminate information to all members and to share information and system applications between counties to further cost effectiveness in member organizations.
